Stand Up Paddle.
Good evening and happy new week!
How are you doing this Monday? I can't complain, I'm in my paradise and in a few days I'm going to escape to the neighbor island of Fuerteventura, so no, I can't complain. In today's post I will talk about ways to stay active and in shape during the summer.
Typically, during the winter we've adapted to an exercise routine, but with the arrival of summer, we lose control! We usually start to plan our vacation to relax, and between beers and snacking we lose all the gains we've made during the bikini body operation.
However, you can still keep the great shape that you're in, having fun at the same time, with the most popular summer sports. Here I leave you with some guidelines to introduce exercise into our summer routine:
Plan a daily routine. It's better, for example,to exercise first thing in the morning as it is when you are the most relaxed and when fewer interruptions can be found.
Running or walking. It's the most popular activity, we can perform it on the beach, barefoot, on the beach front ... We will burn calories, tone our legs and at the same time, get a tan.
Swimming. It's my personal favorite for summer as it is a very aerobic activity that exercises not only the cardiorespiratory system, but also back, arms and legs. Swimming will help you achieve an enviable body.
Stand Up Paddle. This sport is all the rage among celebrities, but it is a discipline invented by Polynesians centuries ago. It involves using a large board, standing or kneeling, with a large paddle. To make it even more difficult, this discipline is being mixed with yoga. It will help you improve your balance and tone up your arms.
Cycling. Time to get out pedaling, it will strengthen your sexy legs and also burn lots of fat.It can be fun in a group or as a couple, and is much more effective up slopes and making occasional sprint.
Move in group! Instead of meeting friends for a drink on a terrace, arrange walks on the beach, play a football game (or volleyball) on the beach, playing with shovels ...
Now, enjoy the summer! Because to stay in perfect physical and mental health, having fun is essential. Summer is sunshine and joy and a little exercise every day is easy to be healthy, well and fit.
Good evening and happy new week!
